Return Policy

At Jimmy's Corner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and replacement or refund.

Condition Requirements

Items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Please note - customized orders cannot be returned unless damaged in transport

How to Return

  1. Contact us at jimmyscornershop@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for the return request and if you are requesting a return or replacement.
  3. Returns/Exchanges for non-damage reasons are at buyer's expense.
  4. Returns for damaged items will be at our expense - a shipping label will be provided upon approval.
  5. Package your item securely and attach the return label.
  6. Drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange your item subject to availability and at buyer's shipping expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Digital products

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for defective items or our errors. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
